Isochia is intended for consumption only by persons aged 18 years or above. A person below 18 may access the website or assist in placing an order only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the purchase. By ordering independently, you confirm that you are legally competent to contract under Indian law.

The online store is hosted on Shopify and currently provides guest checkout only. There are no customer accounts, automatic subscriptions, renewals or recurring payments. Every purchase is a separate one-time order. Available quantities may be selected subject to stock, reasonable limits and these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, directions, prices and images accurate. Packaging may change, minor lawful batch variations may occur, screen colours may differ and occasional technical or typographical errors may appear. Always read the physical product label, ingredient list, allergen information, directions, warnings and storage instructions before use. If website information and the label differ, contact us before consuming the product.

Isochia is a nutritional supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It is not a medicine, a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences and results may vary, and testimonials do not guarantee identical results.

Pregnant or lactating women, anyone taking medication, anyone with a medical condition, and anyone with known or suspected allergies should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Isochia is not responsible for harm resulting from misuse, improper storage, exceeding the serving, ignoring warnings or other improper use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not prevent cancellation where permitted below. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment fails, fraud or misuse is suspected, the address is incomplete or unserviceable, an obvious pricing or technical error exists, the quantity suggests unauthorised resale, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. A paid order cancelled by us will be refunded.

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout and on the invoice. Offers, coupons, gifts and discounts are subject to their stated conditions, validity and availability; may not be combined unless permitted; have no cash value; and may be withdrawn before an order is placed. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

If an order is affected by an obvious price, discount, description, stock-status or technical error, Isochia may contact the customer to process it using corrected information with approval, or cancel it and provide a complete refund. A customer will not be required to accept a corrected price without being informed.

Isochia accepts prepaid online orders only; Cash on Delivery is unavailable. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Customers must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the payment method. Isochia does not directly store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, banking passwords or similar credentials. Failed or unmatched transactions are handled through the payment provider's reconciliation process.

A prepaid order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting care@nirogyn.com or +91 92176 33296. Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has been packed, processed for shipment or handed to the courier. After dispatch, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable, without affecting valid claims under these Terms or applicable law.

Orders are generally dispatched within two working hours during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays or public holidays are ordinarily processed on the next working day. Delivery generally takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the PIN code, location, courier serviceability and local conditions. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is currently available only within India.

Standard shipping is free on all website orders across India, regardless of order value, quantity or location, provided the PIN code is serviceable.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, number, address, city, state and PIN code and remain reasonably available. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailability or refusal, Isochia will not charge a separate redispatch fee. We may cancel repeated, abusive, fraudulent or suspicious delivery attempts.

Delivery may be delayed by courier disruption, weather, natural disaster, strike, government restriction, public emergency, transport disruption, local access restrictions, incorrect details or other events beyond reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance and available tracking information but are not liable for reasonable delays outside our control.

If a paid product becomes unavailable or dispatch is delayed, we will provide the available reason and revised expected date. The customer may accept the revised date or request a complete refund at any time before the delayed order is dispatched.

An order is treated as lost only after confirmation by the courier or Isochia. Following reasonable investigation, the customer may choose either a free replacement or a complete refund of the amount paid, but not both.

A claim must be emailed to care@nirogyn.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, customer details, description of the issue, clear parcel and product photographs, and a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the issue. These materials help verify transit damage, packaging problems and incorrect fulfilment.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required proof may not be accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the defect could not reasonably have been identified within that period. All claims are subject to reasonable verification.

For a verified claim, the customer chooses one remedy only: a free replacement, or a complete refund of the amount actually paid for the affected product or order. There will be no deduction from the eligible amount paid, and a customer cannot receive both remedies for the same claim.

Isochia will arrange and pay for reverse pickup where required, or may decide after reviewing the evidence that return is unnecessary. The customer must retain the product and available packaging until collection and reasonably cooperate. The customer bears no return-shipping charge for an approved claim.

• The product has been used or consumed
• The issue results from misuse, improper storage or post-delivery tampering
• The customer ordered the wrong product or quantity
• The customer changes their mind after dispatch
• The complaint is late or required evidence is missing
• The product was bought from an unauthorised seller
• The claim is false, misleading or fraudulent

These restrictions are subject to non-waivable rights under Indian consumer law.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days through the original payment method or another lawful agreed method. Razorpay, the bank or payment network may require additional time to credit the amount. We will provide reasonable assistance with payment-provider delays.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be false, abusive, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, irrelevant, promotional, copied, privacy-invasive or unrelated to the product. Isochia may moderate, reject or remove prohibited reviews while permitting genuine positive and negative reviews. By submitting a review, you grant NIROGYN a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce and format it for the website and related marketing, subject to privacy rights.

Consumer-site purchases are for personal use. Commercial resale, redistribution or marketplace listing requires prior written approval from NIROGYN. This does not affect separately authorised distributors or retailers. We may limit quantities or cancel suspected unauthorised resale orders.

The Isochia name, trademarks, logos, packaging designs, photographs, graphics, illustrations, text, layout, product presentation and website design are owned by or licensed to NIROGYN. They may not be copied, republished, modified, scraped, commercially used or used to imply an association without prior written permission.

• False information or impersonation
• Interference with website security or operation
• Malicious software
• Intellectual-property or privacy infringement
• Fraudulent orders or delivery claims
• Unauthorised collection of user information
• Conduct likely to damage Isochia, NIROGYN or another person

The website relies on providers including Shopify, Razorpay, couriers and communication platforms, whose own terms may apply. We do not control third-party services or links. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, legal or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIROGYN and Isochia are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Aggregate financial liability for a proven order-related claim will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order. This does not exclude non-waivable liability, fraud, wilful misconduct or rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for loss reasonably arising from fraudulent website use, unauthorised commercial resale, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful content or a material violation of these Terms. This does not apply to ordinary consumer use or restrict statutory consumer rights.

Collection and use of personal data are governed by the Isochia Privacy Policy available on the website.

Nothing in these Terms waives, excludes or reduces a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. A mandatory legal requirement prevails over any conflicting provision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer's right to approach a competent consumer commission or other statutory authority, the competent courts of New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may update these Terms for changes in products, website functions, practices, providers or law. Updated Terms will show a revised date and will not retrospectively reduce accrued rights except where law requires.
