When you place an order, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect:

- Mobile or WhatsApp number

Isochia provides guest checkout only. We do not provide customer accounts or customer-login facilities.

When you purchase an Isochia product, we may collect:

- Shipping and delivery status

Isochia accepts online payments only. Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
C. Payment Information
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and process payment-related information required to complete your transaction. We do not directly store your complete debit- or credit-card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or other confidential payment-authentication credentials. Razorpay's processing of payment information is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

We may display an approved written review with your first name, initials or chosen display name. Isochia does not currently collect customer photographs or videos through its review facility.

Isochia does not currently collect medical conditions, digestive symptoms, medication information, pregnancy information, allergies, dietary habits or other health information through its website, forms or services. Please do not send unnecessary medical information through ordinary customer-support channels.

Withdrawal will not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. We may continue processing where necessary to complete an existing order, deliver a product, issue a refund, comply with law, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute.

- Internal Warehouse: Isochia orders are processed and packed through our internally operated warehouse.
- Courier Partners: We share the recipient name, mobile number, delivery address and order details solely to deliver and track your order.
- Other Service Providers: Communication providers, analytics tools, professional advisers, and lawful authorities as required by Indian law.
Delivery Within India
Isochia currently accepts and delivers orders only within India. Information required for delivery is shared with authorised courier partners operating in the locations relevant to your order.
Security & storage
Data Storage and Processing
Our ecommerce operations use Shopify and other technology providers, which may process information using infrastructure in India or other countries. Where data is processed outside India, we will take reasonable measures to comply with applicable Indian law and any transfer restrictions notified by the Government of India.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose or as required by law. This may include:
- Order and transaction records for applicable tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal requirements
- Delivery information as necessary to fulfil orders and resolve disputes
- Customer-support records until resolution and for a reasonable period afterwards
- Written reviews until removed by us or following a valid request
